Training Again

I warmed up on the elliptical trainer for my strength training session today. My ankle didn't hurt a bit so I'm going to try and run tomorrow.

I was pushed for time this morning so I only did 1 set of each exercise using the heaviest weight. I didn't have any trouble which makes me wonder if I should increase my weight all around. Hmm.
