Just another Monday with my free weights.
Six inches of snow is predicted for today and into tonight so I'm thinking I will run my 2nd 5 miler on the treadmill tomorrow, if I can get to the gym.
I'm drinking extra water and after last night I'll be more careful what I eat this week. Those 5 jalepeno poppers were maybe a little much!
