Modifications

Resting today.

Had a great session with Coach Jeni today. I won't mention all the things we discussed, but it was a ton of fun!

We modified my training schedule because I realized yesterday it included 1 too many weeks before the half-marathon. Out the window went this week's schedule. Which means I run 7 miles on Saturday. I've been looking forward to longer distances and here's my chance. I'm kinda excited. Now if only it will be a decent day to run. I'm not asking for sunshine and warmth, just wind chills above 15°F and no big snow. Is that too much to ask?
