I tried to run today and got in about .75 mile before I called it quits. The ankle felt much better and I was having on trouble walking or moving it, but running was too much. So I'll rest until Tuesday and try it again then. Monday is strength training day and I think I'll warm up on the elliptical machine before lifting weights.
